1 Details of Insurance Amount Charges

1) Charged according to 1-2% of the declared value of the goods, the minimum standard: 200 RMB

2) The declared amount of a single shipment of goods shall not exceed RMB 600,000

2 Compensation standard for insured goods

If the goods are lost after being insured, Party B shall compensate according to the declared amount of the lost goods, and waive the agency freight for the lost goods. The sum of shipping and value must not exceed the corresponding insured value. Examples of compensation are as follows:

Example 1 (full insurance): If the declared value is 30,000 yuan, the agency freight is 5,000 yuan, the insured amount is 300 yuan, and there are 5 pieces of goods. If 3 pieces are lost, the compensation amount for the goods is 30000÷5*3=RMB 18,000, the free shipping amount is 5000÷5*3=RMB 3,000, the total compensation is 18,000+3000= 21,000, and so on!

Example 2 (Partial insurance): If the declared value is RMB 30,000, the agency freight is RMB 5,000, the insurance amount is RMB 100, and the goods are 5 pieces. If 3 pieces are lost, the compensation amount for the goods is 30000÷5*3=RMB18000, the free shipping amount is 5000÷5*3=RMB3000, and the claim amount is 18000+3000=RMB21000. But because the insured amount is greater than 10,000 yuan, the compensation is 10,000+3,000=13,000 yuan, and so on!

3 Indemnity for Uninsured Goods

If the goods are lost, Party B shall waive the freight for the lost part of the goods and compensate according to the declared value of the lost part, up to USD 100. Example of compensation: If the declared value of the goods is RMB 3,000, the freight is RMB 2,000, and the goods are 5 pieces. If 3 pieces are lost, the compensation amount is 3000÷5*3=1800 yuan. Since RMB1800 is greater than $100, the value of the goods will be compensated according to the highest standard of $100, and the free shipping amount will be 2000÷5*3=RMB1200.

6.4 Others

All compensation amounts are subject to the amount of the export declaration or the amount of the power of attorney (the price of the product is subject to the market price. If the price exceeds the market price, Party B shall provide evidence to prove the value of the product; if it is false, Party A may unilaterally cancel the insurance agreement.

If the sender misrepresents the product category, value and brand information, our company will not compensate, and the loss caused thereby shall be borne by Party B. At the same time, our company reserves the right to hold the sender responsible.

Types of Questions Our Company's Plans

The goods are picked up by UPS/FEDEX, but the official website shows that the goods have not been delivered. If the goods are not signed within 45 days after arrival, the insurance amount can be compensated (the period needs to be investigated, and the customer needs to cooperate and provide a questionnaire).

No pickup information since UPS/FEDEX delivery.

The UPS/FEDEX website shows that the shipment has been signed, but Amazon does not list it. If Amazon fails to list the UPS/FEDEX more than 45 days after receipt, it can be compensated according to the insurance amount (requires a screenshot of the listing at that time).

The UPS/FEDEX official website shows the receipt, and the customer reports that it has not been received. The loss of such feedback will not be compensated (because it cannot be defined as lost or signed by a friend) provided the surface mail order is addressed correctly and signed by UPS/FEDEX.

After receiving the card, the customer reports damage or partial loss. The customer needs to indicate the damage or loss on the receipt (the customer needs to count the number when receiving the card), and feedback to our company within 72 hours after receipt. After investigation, our company can compensate according to the insurance amount (the receipt must have the words damaged or lost, and the photo of the receiving box or pallet must be provided).

If the outer packaging is damaged, within 72 hours after receipt, the maximum compensation is USD 100, and the damage is not covered by the insurance amount.
